If your care needs change and you require extra support, you can still remain part of the community you know and love. When you move in to a Freedom Care Community, our team will develop a personalised care plan that is designed to change and evolve with your care needs. This means you can stay in your Freedom home if you want to. You can progress through all levels of care without having to move out of your own home.
Freedom Care Communities offers respite care for short term care needs in a comfortable and relaxed environment. We also know that no two people have the same reasons for requiring respite care, which is why we are flexible with our care and support options, tailoring them to individual needs.
